Preventing Paediatric Scalds: A 5 Year Descriptive Analysis, Do We Need to Change Our Approach?

Introduction: Scald injuries are the most common type of thermal injury in paediatric population [1]. Despite domestic accidental scalds being so common, there is limited awareness frequency and severity these injuries. Awareness trends including age, mechanism first aid would help guide future allocations funding for burns prevention treatment cohort.
